Hi, I’m Sam 👋🏻
AI engineer, open source contributor and music geek based in Melbourne, Australia. Around twenty years in tech across platform engineering and technical leadership, with the last five focused heavily on LLMs and AI. I’m an AI Engineering Principal, currently working with Mantel.

Going 100% remote was a career goal that finally came together through covid, and I’m not going back. The gains to my health, happiness and productivity have been immense, and any employer who doesn’t recognise that isn’t one I want to work for.
